Hydrotherapy
The therapeutic effects of hydrotherapy date back to the Romans in 339AD (although we’re fairly confident that dogs weren’t included at this point!).
Our large pool is heated to 28ºC which relaxes muscles and combined with non weight bearing exercise provides numerous benefits to the swimmer.
